Geraldo Rivera’s Change of Heart About 9/11 Truth

By

Over nine years after the attacks of September 11th, the first crack in the mainstream media's opposition to 9/11 Truth has finally emerged.  Last Saturday, Geraldo Rivera revealed an uncharacteristic open mindedness about the subject, during an interview with Bob McIlvaine, the father of a 9/11 victim, and Tony Szamboti, a structural engineer.  The interview centered on an ad the two guests were promoting, sponsored by New York City CAN (Coalition for Accountability Now), urging that the New York City Council hold a new investigation into 9/11.  http://nyccan.org/

As Bob McIlvaine explained during the interview, the ad entitled, "Building What?" refers to a remark made by New York Supreme Court Judge, Edward Lehner, during a hearing for a referendum to be put on the ballot in last fall's election, seeking a new investigation.  When asked if he knew about Building 7, Judge Lehner, like many upon first hearing its mention, responded: "Building what?"  In the end, despite having obtained over 80,000 signatures, the judge ruled against the petitioners, citing "technical" reasons for his decision.  http://world911truth.org/nyc-can-verdict-80000-silenced-by-state-supreme-court/

Bob McIlvaine's son Bobby, a Vice President for Merrill Lynch, was killed while attending a conference being held on the 106th floor of the North Tower.  http://911truthnews.com/about-911-truth-news/team/

Before the interview, Geraldo played a clip of Building 7's collapse, followed by the now infamous statement made by the building's lease holder, Larry Silverstein, "to pull the building."

Geraldo, who in the past has dismissed members of the 9/11 truth movement as, "nut jobs," appears to have been won over by the tireless efforts of the victim's families and those of the over 1,300 Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. http://www.ae911truth.org/
