Is the "humanitarian" bloodletting currently underway in Libya, Syria and elsewhere under the guise of an "Arab Spring" part of a grander plan for a wider war with Iran? That's a question that we need to ponder.
Journalist Tony Cartalucci has written about a Brookings Institution Study entitled "Which Path to Persia?" The document, much like the infamous Project for a New American Century's "Rebuilding America's Defenses" that called for a "new Pearl Harbor" shortly before 9/11, lays out strategy for war with Iran. Interestingly, one of the authors of this study is Bruce Riedel. Reidel is a former CIA operative who has worked as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle Eastern Affairs. He was a top Obama policy advisor on Afghanistan. I mentioned him in a previous posting about Prince Bandar bin Sultan's connection to 9/11. See: "The 'Bandar Bush' Connection to 9/11"
